Erin Fair has a diverse work experience in the fields of gamification, learning design, and education. Erin is currently working as the Head of Experience at ResNet AI Inc., where they oversee the Design and Experience teams, manages marketing, events, internal culture, and social media operations. Prior to this, Erin worked as a Gamification Consultant at ResNet AI Inc. and as an Adjunct Professor at Westminster College, where they taught Serious Games and Gamification, Online Learning/Instructional Design, and Learning Technologies.

Erin also has experience as the Head of Gamification and Engagement Design Solutions/Founder at Level Up Your Learning, where they led and consulted on projects related to gamification, user engagement design, and next-gen learning solutions. Erin also ran gamification seminars and was a public speaker on the synergy between gaming mechanics, theory, and instructional design.

Additionally, Erin worked as a Gamification Advisor at HyperionX and as a Learning Strategy Manager/Gamification Guru at Growth Engineering Ltd. In these roles, they oversaw projects from conception to delivery, performed needs analysis, defined learning objectives, and created engaging courses using gaming mechanics and narrative techniques.

Before entering the field of gamification, Erin owned and operated Encore Vocal Studio, where they taught voice and piano and produced concerts. Erin also gained experience as an Educational Intern at HireVue, where they developed eLearning modules and facilitated workshops, and as a Lead Instructor/Production Director at the University of Utah, where they directed and managed theater productions and taught various courses.

Erin's early work experience includes being a Lead Teacher/Creative Arts at Dancing Moose Montessori School, where they managed classes of elementary and pre-school aged children, prepared and executed lesson plans, and maintained curriculum and assessment records.

Erin Fair possesses a strong educational background that includes a Master of Education (MEd) degree from Westminster University. This program focused on Adult Education with a specialization in Gamification and Engagement. Prior to their graduate studies, Erin attended Weber State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Musical Theatre. Lastly, they completed their high school education at Fremont High School, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this time period.
