Jesus Castro is a mechanical engineer with 12 years of work experience in different industries. Jesus started their career as a Research Assistant at the W.M. Keck Center for 3D Innovation in 2009. In 2013, they joined Schlumberger as a Field Engineer 2, responsible for designing, executing, and evaluating operations for oil companies in the Gulf of Mexico. In 2016, they became a General Field Engineer, managing equipment operators, field specialists, and engineers' career progression. Jesus then joined HEE Solar, LLC, in 2017 as a Mechanical Engineer, where they worked until 2021. In 2021, they joined CubicPV as a Project Technology Lead, and in 2023, they moved to Resilient Power as a Mechanical Engineer.

From 2008 to 2012, Jesus Castro attended The University of Texas at El Paso where they received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
