Anna Hemmings MBE, OLY, is a distinguished elite athlete and a prominent figure in leadership development. With over 15 years of competitive experience as a professional athlete representing Team GB, Anna achieved remarkable accolades, including six World Championships and appearances at two Olympic Games. As the founding director of Beyond The Barriers since November 2009, Anna focuses on enhancing performance in elite sports. Additionally, Anna operates as an inspirational speaker and consultant for Resilient Leaders Elements, leveraging insights from athletic experiences to cultivate exceptional leadership skills within organizations. Anna's commitment to supporting the transition of elite performers into new careers was reflected in contributions to the DKH Legacy Trust. Anna holds a 2:1 BSc in Economics and Management from Royal Holloway, University of London.
