Robert Ruff serves as a Strategic Advisor at Resilience Education since October 2021, focusing on providing holistic services and mentorship to formerly incarcerated individuals for smooth re-entry into society. Prior to this role, Robert was a Transition and Strategy Consultant at Textkernel B.V. from November 2021 to October 2022, following the acquisition of Sovren's assets by Textkernel in 2021. Robert co-founded Sovren Group, Inc. in July 1996 and held the position of President until October 2021, leading the company in developing multi-lingual resume parsing and semantic AI matching software. Robert Ruff earned a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from the University of Virginia between 1977 and 1981.
