Jeannine Lane is an accomplished legal executive with extensive experience in corporate governance and general counsel roles. Currently serving as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Resideo since October 2018, Lane has also held multiple vice president positions at Honeywell from 1997 to present, overseeing legal matters for various divisions including Honeywell Homes and Honeywell Security and Fire. Prior to Honeywell, Lane was Vice President and General Counsel at Prestone Products Corporation from 1994 to 1997. Lane earned a legal education from Albany Law School between 1984 and 1987.
