Michelle Rojas has extensive experience in leasing and customer service. Currently serving as a Leasing Specialist at Reside Living since August 2018, and as a Leasing Consultant at Shepherd Property Management, LLC since May 2017. Additionally, Michelle has been a Certified Trainer at Potbelly Sandwich Works since September 2010, where responsibilities include training new employees on customer service, food safety, and operational standards while also handling management tasks such as opening and closing the restaurant. Recognized for exceptional leadership with nine "Employee of the Month" awards, Michelle also contributed to process improvements and was instrumental in the restaurant’s success in promotional efforts. Michelle holds a degree from Dominican University, obtained between 2012 and 2016.
