Nate Simpson is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in the real estate and mergers & acquisitions sectors. Since November 2012, Nate has held multiple leadership roles at RESICAP, including Senior Vice President, Acquisitions & Dispositions, and has progressively advanced through positions such as Vice President and Director in the same area. Prior to RESICAP, Nate worked as a Senior Analyst at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey from June 2008 to July 2011, specializing in executing corporate mergers and acquisitions across diverse industries including consumer products, healthcare, technology, and oil and gas retail. Early career experiences include internships at Quality Pathways and Revolution Money. Nate earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing from the University of Virginia in 2008.
