Leandro Rodrigues is a seasoned business intelligence professional with extensive experience in data strategy and management. Currently serving as the Business Intelligence Manager at Resia since January 2022, Leandro is responsible for overseeing the data strategy, extraction, and modeling, while leading a team that generates performance indicators and insights to enhance operations. Prior to this, Leandro held various roles at MRV from April 2010 to January 2022, including Corporate Supply Manager, where responsibilities encompassed back-office processes, strategic analysis, and process optimization. Leandro also has experience as a Legal Process and Results Manager and Organizational Development Manager, focusing on cost control and continuous improvement. Previous work includes serving as an Engineer at Chemtech and a Consultant at INDG, where project management and optimization strategies were implemented. Leandro holds an MBA in Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor's degree in Control and Automation Engineering from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais.
