Jennifer Miles, D. Min. has a wide range of work experience. Jennifer began their professional career in 2003 as a Chaplain Candidate, 1st Lieutenant in the Army National Guard. In 2004, they worked as a Customer Satisfaction Project Manager at IBM Storage SubSystems Division. From 2006 to 2007, they were a Teacher at Bright Ideas Charter School and an Advisory Council Chair/Spiritual Director at Kairos Outside. In 2007, they began working at Stranix as a Senior Consultant. In 2011, they took on the role of Operations Pastor at LifeChurch. From 2014 to 2017, they were the Owner at Jen A Miles Consulting, LLC. In 2017, they began working at Faithlife as a Product Manager, Faithlife Church Products. In 2019, they joined Resi Media, LLC (formerly Living As One) as the Technical Product Manager and was later promoted to VP of Product and then Director of Product Management. In 2020, they founded Spoken.Bible.

Jennifer Miles, D. Min. has a comprehensive education history. Jennifer earned their Doctorate of Ministry from Portland Seminary in 2020, focusing on Semiotics & Future Studies. From 2009 to 2011, they received their Master's Degree from Liberty University in Divinity/Ministry. Jennifer also earned their MAR from Liberty University in Pastoral Counseling between 2003 and 2008. Miles obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Management Information Systems, General from the University of Phoenix between 1998 and 2001. Additionally, they earned their Masters Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University in 1999 and 2000.
