Heather Craig is an accomplished compliance and risk management professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as VP, Head of Compliance at Reserv since October 2023, Heather previously held several positions at USAA from April 2013 to October 2023, including Executive Director and Director of First Line Risk Management. In these roles, Heather successfully developed and implemented an operating model for first line risk management, enhancing risk mitigation and executive management awareness. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Lead Business Risk and Controls Advisor and a Claims Leader at USAA, along with a role as a Special Investigations Examiner at Chubb from September 2010 to April 2013, where Heather effectively resolved questionable claims through investigation.
