Meghan Flisakowski is a seasoned proposal management professional currently serving as a Senior Proposal Manager at RTI International since August 2023. Prior to this role, Meghan held various positions at SHI International Corp. from January 2016 to August 2023, including Director of Proposals, Proposal Team Manager for the Public Sector, and Public Sector Proposal Manager. Meghan's earlier experience includes over 16 years at Dell, where professional roles included Proposal Consultant, Project Manager/Writer, and Technical Editor. Meghan holds a Bachelorā€™s degree in Liberal Arts with a focus on English from Carroll College and a Master's degree in Technical Communication from New Mexico State University.
