Mauricio Rincón Torres is a finance and governance expert with extensive experience in climate-related projects and investment management. Currently serving as the Finance and Governance Leader for the USAID Net Zero Cities Project at RTI International, Mauricio provides technical advisory services to subnational governments aimed at improving access to climate finance. Previously, roles included Senior Investment Officer and Investment Officer at Deetken Impact, Project Finance Manager LATAM at Solarcentury, and Financial Planning Associate at Saavi Energía. Mauricio's academic credentials include a Master in Banking and Finance from Universitat Pompeu Fabra and an MBA from EGADE Business School, among other qualifications.
