Jennifer D'Agostino is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in human resources, talent acquisition, and business development. Currently serving as Vice President at RTI International since January 2020, Jennifer previously held multiple leadership roles at AECOM, including Vice President of Human Resources and Vice President of Talent Acquisition, where strategic direction was provided for a $3 billion Management Services unit. Jennifer's career also includes significant contributions at Corporate Executive Board, Development Alternatives, Inc., and Aerotek, focusing on client relations, recruiting processes, and branding initiatives. A graduate of Randolph-Macon College with a BS in International Relations and French, Jennifer combines a strong educational background with a proven track record in developing strategies for growth and client engagement.
