Brandy L. Simula, PhD, ACC, serves as a Senior Consultant in Global Talent Development at RTI International since August 2023 and is an active Contributor for both Harvard Business Review and Newsweek. As the Founder of Brandy L. Simula Coaching and Consulting, a role held since 2010, Brandy has offered expertise in coaching and consulting. Prior to current positions, Brandy was an Official Member of Forbes Coaches Council and held various roles, including Leadership and Executive Coach at Torch and Leadership Coaching Center of Excellence at PwC. Previous experience includes serving as the Leadership Academy Continuous Development Portfolio Manager at IBM and Professional Development Specialist at Georgia Institute of Technology. Brandy's academic background includes a PhD in Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies & Sociology from Emory University, complemented by a BA and BS from Appalachian State University.
