Andrew Duffell

Andrew S. Duffell, MBA, is a prominent leader in economic development with a significant track record of success. As President of the Research Park at Florida Atlantic University since January 2011, Duffell has rebranded the park, contributing to a $535 million annual impact and overseeing a budget and operational growth of over 64%. Additionally, Duffell serves on the Board of Directors and holds various committee chairmanships for the Children's Home Society of Florida, as well as advisory roles for the College of Science and the College of Engineering & Computer Science at Florida Atlantic University. Previously, Duffell held the position of Senior Vice President at the Business Development Board of Palm Beach County, where strategies implemented attracted over $307 million in capital investments. Duffell also has experience as a Business Development Executive with the North of England Inward Investment Agency, focusing on enhancing regional business visibility. Educational credentials include an MBA in International Business from Florida Atlantic University and a Master of Arts in European Studies from the University of Aberdeen.
