Erika Jester has worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Research Innovations Incorporated since June 2017. Prior to that, they were a Software Engineer at Shonborn Becker Systems Inc from May 2015 to May 2017. Before joining Shonborn Becker Systems Inc, they worked as a Staff Engineer at Booz Allen Hamilton from January 2014 to April 2015. Erika's career began in the US Army, where they served as a Junior Software Engineer from September 2011 to January 2014.

Erika Jester completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Music from Frostburg State University, where they attended from 2005 to 2010. Erika then pursued further education at Towson University, earning a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, in February 2015, they obtained the ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP) certification from ICAgile.
