Ghadah Alghunaim is an experienced professional currently serving as an Advisor at the Research, Development and Innovation Authority (RDIA) since August 2023, and as a Board Member at the King Abdulaziz Center for National Dialogue (KACND) since February 2018. Previously, Ghadah held the position of Cultural Higher Education Director at the Ministry of Culture from September 2020 to August 2023, where responsibilities included planning and implementing national strategies for cultural higher education and overseeing over 400 programs. Other notable roles include serving as a member of the Women Committee at the Family Council, Advisor to the Vice Minister at the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, and Director General of International Relations and Media at the Education & Training Evaluation Commission. Ghadah co-founded Saudis in USA and holds a PhD in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from Nova Southeastern University, as well as a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Johnson & Wales University.
