Roland Haulitusz began their career in 2000 as a Developer for Resco spol. s r.o. Roland then moved to the same role at Resco in the same year.

Roland Haulitusz obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from Univerzita Komenského v Bratislave between 1993 and 1999.
