Marcela Sladičeková has been working in the sales and customer service industries since 2017. Marcela started their career as a Customer Service Specialist at Poštová banka in 2017, where they were responsible for communication with clients via phone, email and online chat, as well as analyzing and solving the needs and problems of the clients. In 2018, they moved to Dell, where they worked as a Sales Operations Specialist, processing partner deal registration requests in CRM system, providing operational support to maximize productivity and improve partner/customer experience, and providing solutions in cases of facing issues and inconsistencies. In 2021, Marcela joined Resco.net as a Sales Support Specialist.
Marcela Sladičeková holds a Master's degree in Teacher Training of Fine Arts and Aesthetics from the Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra, which they obtained between 2012 and 2017. Marcela also attended the Secondary Art School of Ladislav Bielik in Levice, Slovakia, from 2008 to 2012. In addition, they have four certifications: Python pre začiatočníkov from Skillmea (obtained in December 2022), Data Science pre začiatočníkov from Skillmea (obtained in August 2022), Responsive Web Design from freeCodeCamp (obtained in April 2021), and Digital Garage from Google (obtained in August 2016).
