Jane Caputolan has a diverse work experience, having held roles in both the private and non-profit sectors. Jane began their career in 2010 as a member of the Regional Chapter of Youth for Christ International, attending the International Leadership Conference in Manila City and Cebu City. From 2011 to 2014, they held various roles at AIESEC, including Vice President for Services and Reception, Organizing Committee of AIESEC Davao Adaptation Camp, Director for AIESECer Development of TM, Incoming Exchange Member, and Director for Pipeline Management of TM. In 2012, they were a Non-Academic Executive Committee Member at the Regional Federation of Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants and a Finance Member and Outdoor Sports Member at the Accountancy Student Executive Council in Ateneo de Davao University. From 2013 to 2014, they were an Awitenista Production Staff at KALASAG - Tinaunang Aklat ng Ateneo de Davao University and an Intern at YUSAY Credit and Finance Corporation. In 2016, they were a Sales Manager at NextLevel Life Sciences, a Sales Lead, Senior International Business Development Executive, and International Business Development Executive. Finally, in 2020, they became a Business Development Manager for Asia Pacific and an Account Executive for UK and Ireland - Salesforce at Resco.net.

Jane Caputolan attended Immaculate Heart of Mary Academy from 2006 to 2010, graduating with a High School degree in Junior High/Intermediate/Middle School Education and Teaching. Jane then attended Ateneo de Davao University from 2010 to 2016, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy in Accounting and Business/Management. In 2016, Jane obtained a Certified Public Accountant certification from the Board Of Accountancy, as well as a Duolingo Spanish Fluency: Beginner (Estimated) certification from Duolingo.
