Helena Dragulova has a diverse work experience, starting as an administrative support and assistant in 2011 at CFCU, s.r.o. Helena worked as an administrative assistant (back office) at Global Blue in 2012, followed by an administrative assistant role at Inter Study Slovakia in 2013. In 2014, they worked as a front desk receptionist at Mondelēz International. From 2017 to 2018, Helena was involved in the GROWWW Graduate Programme at Slovnaft in a sales support role for the Czech and Polish markets. Helena then worked as a sales support specialist at IBL Software Engineering from 2018 to 2020 before transitioning to a sales and support specialist role at ORDERLORD in 2020. In 2021, Helena became the customer support manager at Minit Process Mining, a position they held until 2022 when they became a Senior customer engineer at Microsoft's Minit Process Mining. Helena is currently a Key Account Manager at Resco.net since 2023.
Helena Dragulova obtained their Master's degree in Sociology from the Univerzita Komenského v Bratislave in 2013 and went on to earn their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Sociology from the same university in 2017. In 2016, they completed an Erasmus Internship at the University of Southampton and a CEEPUS Internship at the University of Warsaw. Additionally, Helena obtained various certifications, including Problem Solving Techniques, Microsoft Power Apps training, and Cloud Computing, from LinkedIn between 2022 and 2023.
