Mike Furlender's work experience includes:

- Senior Software Engineer at ReSci (Retention Science) since October 2021.

- Lead Technology Developer at WeatherBELL Analytics from September 2012 to present. In this role, they are responsible for developing front-end and back-end software for manipulating large meteorological datasets, conducting server and database administration, automating business logic, and designing web interfaces using various languages and frameworks.

- Lead Programmer at FFK Forex from July 2010 to May 2012. Mike created multiple pattern matching algorithms for live data streams, automated time-consuming processes, and programmed custom-tailored MQL4 MetaTrader Expert Advisors for automated trading on the Foreign Exchange market.

- Back end Programmer at Bidonthecity.com from December 2010 to April 2011.

- Analyst at BPA International from May 2010 to January 2011.

Mike Furlender attended UMass Amherst from 2006 to 2010 where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree. Mike studied Microbiology and Computer Science. In 2009, they briefly attended Columbia University to study Molecular Biology, although they did not obtain a degree from this institution. Prior to that, Mike attended Great Neck North Highschool, although their start year and end year are unknown.
