Larry Mullins is an experienced project manager currently at RESA Power since July 2023, previously holding roles as a Senior Service Technician at CE Power from November 2016 to July 2023, and a Senior Electrical Technician at Solaris Power Services and POWER PLUS Engineering, Inc. throughout the 2010s. With a comprehensive background in substation commissioning, maintenance, power quality studies, and project management across various industries including commercial real estate, automotive, steel mills, and power plants, Larry is recognized as a NETA Level III Technician. Larry’s technical expertise extends back to the mid-1990s, starting as an Electrical Technician at Moylan Engineering Associates and evolving through increasingly responsible positions. Larry holds an Associate’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics Maintenance and Repair Technology from Schoolcraft College.
