Abdulraouf Hussien has been working in the customer service industry since 2015. Abdulraouf began their career at SmartBuyâ„¢ as a Customer Service Representative. In 2019, they joined Leaders Center as a Data Entry Specialist & Outsource Call Centre. Currently, they work at Repzo Inc. as a Training Specialist / Technical Support and Customer Support Officer.

Abdulraouf Hussien obtained a Technical Diploma in Business Administration and Management, General from Luminus Technical University College between 2017 and 2019. Abdulraouf also obtained certifications from Edraak Edraak in September 2019, including "التحليل الرقمي", "التوجيه الرقمي الصحيح", and "تحسين مدركات البحث".
