Michael Ciach has extensive experience in local government and political leadership, currently serving as the Borough Manager, Secretary, and Treasurer for Upland Borough since September 1993. Ciach has also held various positions including Mayor and member of the Upland Borough Council. As a prominent figure in several associations, Ciach has been a Delaware County Board of Directors member since June 2017 and has served as President and other executive roles in the Delaware County Association of Boroughs since April 2012. Additionally, Ciach is the GOP Leader of Upland Borough and has been involved with the Pennsylvania Republican Committee since March 2018. Previous professional experience includes owning AOA & MAI Consultative Services and serving various roles at Ricoh Americas Corporation from January 1995 to September 2013. Ciach's early career includes a position as Senior Technical Specialist at AOE from January 1992 to January 1995.
