Heather McGuire is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Counsel at the Republican National Committee since August 2021, after previously holding the position of Associate Counsel. McGuire has gained diverse legal experience through roles such as Judicial Extern at the United States Court of Federal Claims and Legal Intern at the Institute for Free Speech. Earlier, McGuire worked as a Legal Fellow at The Fund for American Studies and held law clerk positions at the Republican National Committee and the Federal Election Commission. Educational achievements include a Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Florida.
