James Hardy is an accomplished executive in the steel and manufacturing industry, currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Engineering and Technologies at Republic Steel since September 2017. Hardy's career began at Republic Steel, where progression through various roles, including Plant Manager for Steel Making and Casting, established a strong foundation in operations and maintenance. Hardy's experience also includes serving as Plant Manager and Operations Manager at Arconic from July 2014 to September 2017 and Director of Maintenance and Engineering at Wyman Gordon from August 2009 to October 2010. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University and an Associate of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Lorain County Community College.
