Chad Walker is an experienced production supervisor with a robust background in leadership roles across various manufacturing environments. Currently serving as a Production Supervisor at Republic Plastics since July 2016, Chad manages 20-25 associates and plays a critical role during transitional periods, emphasizing selfless service. Prior experience includes positions at Republic Plastics K2 and Eagle Bend Manufacturing, where Chad led larger teams in production oversight and Just In Time manufacturing. Chad's military career in the United States Army spanned over 15 years, culminating as Command Sergeant Major, providing strategic leadership to over 1,200 personnel. Chad holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and an Associate degree in General Studies from the University of Phoenix.
