Joeri Gaal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Republic M! Group since March 2013. In this role, Joeri oversees operations for a company that partners with pharmaceutical firms to facilitate the development and distribution of new medicines. Joeri is also a Managing Partner at Republic M!, focusing on digital multichannel communications for the Life Sciences industry, as well as a Co-Founder of Republic F!, which specializes in digital strategies for financial clients. Additionally, Joeri founded JOGA Automotive in 2015, providing luxury car leasing and sales solutions in the Netherlands. Previous roles include Business Unit Manager for Hero Group, where responsibilities included P&L management for the infant milk formula category in China, and various management positions at AstraZeneca, responsible for marketing and sales activities. Joeri holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Management from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
