Trish Schmidt is an experienced mortgage underwriter with a proven track record in the industry since 2004. Currently serving as Underwriter III at Republic Bank since April 2013, Trish specializes in conventional, FHA, Non-Agency (Jumbo), and Non-QM mortgage underwriting. Previous roles include Senior Underwriter III at Bank of America from March 2009 to February 2010 and Underwriting Supervisor / DE Underwriter at First Omni Mortgage Lending from August 2004 to February 2009.
