Aswin Nandakumar is an experienced journalist and communication professional with a diverse background in media and community development. Currently serving as a Special Correspondent and Senior Correspondent at Republic World since July 2020, Aswin previously held the position of Senior Sub-editor at The New Indian Express from June 2017 to July 2020. With a foundation in community service, Aswin co-founded Aranyam Trust and served as Founding Director at Indriyaabhaya Lifestyle Pvt Ltd. Notable roles also include Program Manager for youth initiatives at The Art of Living, International Faculty for community development projects, and Communication Manager at the Art of Living Bureau of Communication. Education includes a Master's in Journalism from Madurai Kamaraj University and a BA in Journalism, Psychology, and English Literature from Christ University, along with ongoing executive training in Digital Communication from IIM Kozhikode.
