Susan Marsden has extensive experience in educational leadership, currently serving as the Head of Pastoral Care at Repton Dubai School. Previously, Susan held the position of Deputy Head of the Junior School and Head of Year 4 at ST. MARTINS' (NORTHWOOD) PREPARATORY SCHOOL TRUST LIMITED from September 1997 to July 2008, where responsibilities included serving as a Form Teacher and teaching Design and Technology and Art for Year 3 and 4.
