Victor Sancho Costa is an experienced professional in asset management and engineering with a strong background in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as the Asset Management Compliance Lead at Repsol since August 2018, Victor is responsible for designing and implementing the Repsol Operating Model. Previous roles include Technical Manager at Repsol Sinopec Brasil, where leadership of a multidisciplinary team focused on subsurface models for non-operated fields, and several positions at Repsol, including Asset Manager Advisor and Manager of the Cost Efficiency Program. Earlier experience includes significant contributions at YPF S.A. in Argentina and engineering roles at INECO-TIFSA.
