Veronica Pastor is an experienced professional with a robust background in organizational strategy, innovation, and human resources. Currently serving at Repsol since January 2009, Veronica has held various leadership roles, including Head of Organization and New Ways of Working, and has been instrumental in driving transformation and digitalization initiatives. With additional positions as an Associate Professor at OBS Business School and a Counselor at Klikin, Veronica combines extensive experience in corporate culture transformation and strategic personnel development, previously working with Accenture, Hotels Melia International, and Capgemini.
