Charisse Guanlao possesses a strong background in customer service and recruitment, with current experience as a Fulfillment CSR (Supplemental Fulfillment Specialist) at REPS & Co. since May 2023. Prior to this role, Charisse served as a Recruitment Coordinator at PSG Global Solutions from September 2021 to May 2023, where responsibilities included sourcing resumes, conducting phone interviews, and documenting qualifications and availability. Charisse also worked as a Customer Service Representative at Dycem Ltd from October 2020 to August 2021, managing inventory and facilitating communication among various stakeholders in the shipping process. Charisse holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, completed in March 2017.
