Kate Van Der Meulen has a diverse work experience in various industries. Kate started their career at FlackShack PR as a Social Media Intern in 2009. In 2010, they interned at The Defectors, where they focused on social media and internet marketing. Kate wrote blogs, performed SEO analysis, and developed meta tags and descriptions to optimize search results.
In 2011, Kate worked as an E-Commerce Intern at ANN Inc. and as a Temporary Contractor in Online Merchandising at Audible, Inc. Later that year, they joined Digitas as an Analyst in Search Marketing, where they worked until 2014. During their time at Digitas, they had roles as an Analyst and Senior Analyst.
From 2014 to 2015, Kate worked as a Manager of Search at Mindshare. Kate then joined Reprise Digital in 2015 as a Search Supervisor at BPN (now Initiative). Kate gradually moved up within the company, holding positions as Associate Director of SEM (UM & J3) and Director of Paid Search at J3. Currently, they serve as the VP of Paid Search at Reprise Digital.
Kate Van Der Meulen received a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Lehigh University College of Business between 2007 and 2011. Kate also holds a certification in Google AdWords Search Advertising, obtained from Google.
