Travis Harkness

Vice President Supply Chain & Analytics at Repligen

Travis Harkness has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries and roles. Travis began their career as a Networking Software Summer Intern at IBM in 1998 and went on to become a Digital IC Summer Intern at Agilent Technologies in 1999. From 2000 to 2002, they worked as an IC Design Engineer at AMCC. Travis then joined Analog Devices and served as an Applications Engineer from 2003 to 2005. Travis worked as an Independent Consultant at Communications Simulations from 2005 to 2006.

In 2007, they had two internships, one as a Strategic Planning Intern at Emerson Electric Co. and the other as an Equities Trading Summer Associate at UBS during their MBA Internship. Travis then joined Thermo Fisher Scientific in 2008 and held various roles including Global SIOP Manager & Operations Project Lead, APAC Supply Chain Manager, Director of Commercial Operations - China, and Senior Director of Marketing Programs & Analytics until 2017.

Travis joined Intuitive in 2018 as the Director of Marketing Operations. During their tenure, they were responsible for marketing planning, metrics/analytics, tech stack, process, global programs, training, and effectiveness. Travis played a significant role in launching Marketo globally for marketing automation, implementing privacy compliance, and optimizing the omni-channel customer experience.

Currently, Travis is with Repligen Corporation, where they hold the position of Vice President of Supply Chain & Analytics since April 2022. Previously, they were also the VP of Performance Excellence & Analytics since April 2021. Travis'sroles at Repligen involve overseeing supply chain operations and leveraging analytics to drive performance improvements.

Travis Harkness earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from Bucknell University in 2000. Travis later obtained an MBA in Finance, Strategy, and International Management from Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business from 2006 to 2008.
