Steve Usher is an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist at Replay Systems, focusing on QA for 911 agency call centers since March 2022. Usher previously served as a Team Lead at World Choice Investments, LLC in late 2021 and directed operations at Glynn Brunswick 911 Center from September 2011 to October 2020. Prior experience includes the role of Assistant Director at Berrien County 911 Center, overseeing staffing and operations. A veteran of the United States Air Force, Usher was part of the Security Forces and completed multiple deployments to the Middle East. Usher holds several certifications, including Certified Public Safety Executive and Registered Public Safety Leader, with education from institutions such as the Association of Public Safety Communication Officials (APCO) and Georgia Public Safety Training Center.
