Agathe Blondel de Joigny currently serves as the Marketing Director at Repetto Paris since January 2022. Prior to this role, Agathe accumulated extensive experience at L'Oréal from 2015 to 2021, holding positions such as International Campaigns & Contents Manager for Lancôme Fragrances and Senior International Product Manager for Lancôme Lips MakeUp. Earlier experience includes a role at Moet Hennessy Diageo as an Assistant Product Manager and as an Assistant Controller at L'Oréal. Agathe's leadership capabilities were demonstrated as Vice-President of the Sciences Po Finance association, organizing professional networking events. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Finance & Strategy from Sciences Po, complemented by an exchange program at American University and a Bachelor's degree from Sciences Po Paris.
