Iliana Ortiz is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in the automotive and fitness industries. Currently serving as the Regional Operations Manager at AutoNation Mobile Service since March 2023, Iliana previously held key roles at Peloton Interactive from November 2016 to November 2022, including Field Operations Manager and Regional Trainer, where support was provided to new hires transitioning from training to production across West Coast locations in the US and UK.
