Italo Rubio serves as the Maritime Technical Manager at Ultratank Shipping Sa. since March 2022 and has held multiple senior operational roles within the maritime industry, including Senior Operation Manager and Head of Operations for the Chemical Fleet at Navieras Ultranav since January 2012. With extensive experience managing various operations, Italo oversees the commercial operations of a sophisticated fleet of 15 modern chemical vessels, and has previously coordinated global operations for Clean Products Tanker Alliance. Italo's educational background includes a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, a Diploma in Operations Management from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad del Mar. Additionally, Italo completed training at the Chilean Navy Academy.
