Francisca Fajuri is a seasoned professional in organizational development and human resources, currently serving as Gerente de Personas at Ultranav since February 2018. In this role, Francisca oversees processes related to Organizational Development and Personnel Administration, ensuring the effective implementation of the People Plan and compliance with labor regulations. Prior experience at Ultranav from 2011 to 2017 as a Senior Manager in Organizational Development involved coordinating various initiatives and recruitment processes.
