Tessa is a skillful project management professional with over six years of experience in market research and software development. Prior to joining Rep Data, she was a top contributor to the research services team at Qualtrics, serving on ambassadorships to Ireland and Australia to build the regional project teams. She also led a team of project managers to consistently exceed quarterly performance goals in customer satisfaction and quality. After making a move to the Pacific Northwest, Tessa joined a software consulting start-up leading agile methodology in project management. Detail-oriented and committed to customer success, Tessa is passionate about delivering service at a level above.

On weekends you'll find her hiking one of the numerous Cascade trails with her best pup, Australian cattle dog Slate. She's also a fan of cooking shows and loves to make cakes for her friends.
