Julian Bulaon is an experienced professional in the fields of restructuring, insolvency, and credit analysis, currently serving as a Senior Covenants Analyst at Reorg since October 2019. Prior to this role, Julian worked as an Associate at both Latham & Watkins and Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, focusing on restructuring and credit insolvency from 2015 to 2019. Early career experiences include a Summer Associate position at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, a Summer Honors Program at the US Securities and Exchange Commission, and various consulting and internship roles in credit risk and internal audit. Julian holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
