Erik Chabot currently serves as the Head of Operations for Global Covenants at Reorg since August 2022. Prior to this role, Erik was on gardening leave from January 2022 to July 2022. Erik's extensive experience includes a long tenure at Xtract Research from May 2007 to January 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing daily production of fixed income covenant data and managing a team of 16 legal experts across multiple international offices. Erik also held teaching positions in Japan and Connecticut before transitioning to research operations. Erik holds a Master's degree in East Asian Studies from Lund University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science with a minor in French from Bates College.
