Monica Brogan is an experienced sales and operations leader with a strong background in demand generation and customer service. Currently serving as the Director of Inside Sales for North America at Rentokil Initial since August 2019, Monica previously held the position of Director of Sales Support and Lead Management at CertainTeed Corporation from August 2010 to August 2019, where responsibilities included leading teams in marketing automation and customer engagement strategies. Prior to that, Monica was the Director of Call Center Operations at The Franklin Mint, overseeing customer service and sales operations for a large contact center. Monica's career began at Inter Media Marketing as an Operations Manager, where management of a telemarketing call center was a key focus.
