Joanne Roberts has a diverse background in human resources and management, currently serving as Group Reward Manager at Rentokil Initial since April 2009, with a progression through roles including Group Reward Analyst, Global HRIS Manager, and HR Business Analyst. Prior experience includes positions as Business Trainer and Executive Assistant at Whitehead Mann from September 2000 to October 2008. Joanne Roberts completed a Certificate in Management Studies at Birkbeck, University of London in 1999 and attended King's School in Gütersloh from 1982 to 1986.
