Marcus Ferraz has held various positions in the technology industry since 2007. In 2007, they began as a Management Trainee at Copel Eng. Ltda., where they obtained new administrative and computer skills for projects. In 2008, they held an Internship at Archer Education Group, where they entered numerical data into databases in a timely and accurate manner. In 2009, they returned to Copel Eng. Ltda., and held the position of Executive Administrative Assistant, leveraging advanced skills and training to support operational needs of multiple departments. Marcus also held the position of Administrative Assistant, where they strengthened the company's business by leading implementation of customers and supply data. In 2017, they volunteered as a Computer Teacher for Elders at Mount Pleasant Neighbourhood House. In 2019, they joined Iclinic as a Software Engineer QA, where they created comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases. In 2021, they joined letus (previously RentMoola) as a Product Manager and QA. Marcus then moved up to Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, where they planned, organized, and developed automation test scripts from manual tests. Marcus also trained the team on performing tests, managing new automation tools, and creating more efficient and concise scripts.
Marcus Ferraz has an extensive education history. Marcus began their studies in 2003, completing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie in 2007. Marcus then went on to earn an Associate's Degree in Business Communications from Archer Education Group in 2008-2009. Following that, they earned an Associate's Degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Senac São Paulo in 2011-2013. Most recently, they earned an Associate's Degree in Information Technology from the British Columbia Institute of Technology in 2016-2018.
