Oleksandr Ladyzhenskyi is a seasoned backend development lead at Rentlyz since May 2022, bringing extensive experience in full-stack development from a previous role as full-stack development lead at Shareitt from August 2020 to May 2023. At Shareitt, Oleksandr excelled in developing scalable mobile and backend applications using React Native and Node.js, while leading a team of three engineers and overseeing architecture planning and technology selection. Oleksandr's career also includes positions as a software engineer at airSlate and as a frontend developer at UICE group, along with foundational experience as a system administrator. Oleksandr holds two bachelor's degrees in Economics of Enterprise, earned from Pryasovskyi State Technical University and Donetsk National Technical University.
