Aliny Lelis currently serves as the Head of People at Rentbrella, the world's first umbrella-sharing company, focusing on innovation and urban mobility while promoting sustainability. Previously, Aliny worked at Looqbox as a Human Resources Business Partner, where responsibilities included strategic leadership interaction, management of People initiatives, performance support, and recruitment processes. Aliny held various roles at Looqbox, including Leader of People and Culture and HR Analyst, where key tasks involved employee relations, climate monitoring, and departmental process management. Prior experience includes working at Stefanini and Petrobras, with responsibilities in contract management and administrative finance. Aliny holds an MBA in People Management from USP/Esalq and a Bachelor's degree in Administration from Universidade Federal Fluminense.
